Are you able to get the log from the ADC side and see the failure there? Things to check are if NITRO API and SSH are reachable (HTTP/HTTPS + 22) to managemeent from ADM agent

this is the internal service, so if you goto Traffice Management, Services, there will be an internal service tab, look for the one that is SSL/443 using ipv4.
