07/20/2023, 5:08 PMWe have upgraded from 12 to 13.0 few days back. For session policies classic policies still work in 13.0. You should not have any issues. AAA vserver configuration was removed for some reason. We had to readd them to make the gateway vip to work.

07/20/2023, 5:29 PMClass to Adv I have run into if you have a bunch of authorization policies and various groups/users priorities. Classic expressions were not evaluating correctly. Coverting all to advanced fixed the issues like I thought it would. My understanding prior to that was only worry about that with 13.1 until this last one where it had a bunch of complex auth policies, etc.

07/20/2023, 5:31 PMnspepi tool helps but won't do auth policies for whatever reason. Only small percentage of ours had the "Unified Gateway" experience stuff where a lot of that came into play. If no Unified Gateway stuff, again, probably nothing you might run into

07/20/2023, 6:06 PMAs others have mentioned I thought the policies deprecation was not going to be a concern when going to 13.0, and hasn't been up until the latest 13.0 release this week.
