We dont need the rearm when using app layering because we script activation so you can disable it. If you use a vm template taken from a machine whos virtual bios has been run do the time zone and time will be set correctly in the image your issue may go away.

Thank you, I know its not really necessary. I just find it odd. That the problem just started, and that its only when offload compositing is enabled. We have been using app layering for more than 4 years.
