06/27/2023, 11:20 PMSorry forgot to mention the people having the issue matched the version I had which worked(I'll double check that version tonight). I wasn't sure if the user having a 1912 VDA with 2203 controller had anything to do with it since my VDA is 2203

07/19/2023, 2:59 PMRevisiting this, I tested with a 10zig and screen sharing worked fine. Only difference is I was using a single monitor setup vs dual monitors that the people reporting the issue have. Would that make a difference for this?

07/31/2023, 3:15 PMI would heavily advise moving up your VDA version to the latest LTSR or CR where possible - the Teams optimization was enhanced a ton since 1912 and will limit how well it works. Same with the Workspace App - latest is your friend.

08/02/2023, 1:08 PMthanks for the tip! thats a great point! the Workspace app is the same in our tests (same image) but i am in the process of upgrading our VDAs to the latest LTSR so maybe thats the kicker

08/16/2023, 8:11 PMWe are running 1912 LTSR CU6 VDAs with Dell/WYSE ThinOS devices. Not having issues with screen sharing.
