06/21/2023, 3:30 PMWhat are they publishing? Do you see that process in task manager? Is it installed on the VDA or does it need a mapped drive or something else that maps on logon?

Yes, I see the process in the Task Manger, while the user doesn't see anything.
It is installed on the VDA and the exe should be available
