Hi @Jonas Ziegler - I did some work a while back with Citrix Director (which uses Remote Assistance for session sharing) and Remote Assistance uses dynamic ports TCP/UDP 49152 - 65535. There's no way (that I could find) where you could isolate this to a specific port or change the range, which is really annoying if you have a firewall between your Service Desk and your VDAs. https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX127388/how-to-enable-remote-assistance-for-citrix-director#:~:text=Note%3A%20Remote%20Assistance%20uses%20dynamic,not%20blocked%20by%20any%20firewall.

Thanks for your input John. The firewall between Service Desk and VDAs is in place in my environment... Guess I'll do some further research on this topic, I'll let you know if I find anything
