Interestingly, "Hide the First-run experience and splash screen" is already enabled on user and computer. Thank you for the suggestion but it doesn't seem to work for me.

Have found that screen is also tied to the GPO settings for disabling/enforcing the use of accounts. Setting things to use AD/Azure accounts for the Edge profile got rid of it.
