If it’s domain joined and you have the appropriate rights then you can do this per normal permission rules

in fact everything works but Profile Management 2303 is not able to set Domain Computer permission (it's the same for me if I try to make a change to permissions inside UNC path, I have the error:
failed to enumerate objects in the container access is denied

Did you set the defaults per above? You’ll need that for computer account access, and for NTFS altering you’ll need the FS owner role or whatever it’s called 

Yes, Enable permissions for all authenticated users and groups is set to Contributor
