i believe its the latest. Error FAQ suggests to run regsvr32 “c:\program files\Citrix\ICAService\icaperf.dll but that path does not exist.

Make sure that the performance counter are available, otherwise RDA is not able to collect the stats. You can find the latest version of RDA here: https://github.com/RDAnalyzer/release/releases/download/2305.136.2/RemoteDisplayAnalyzer.exe

Seems I missed that requirement in the docs.
