All Folder Redirection does (basically) is write a Registry entry to HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\UserShellFolders with the folder name and path. Check that first

I acutally manually change this and it changes back!

Then you need to check if the GPO is applying correctly, does gpresult /h show it applying correctly?

It is applying corrrectly

It shows the Desktop setting configured to the correct location in the gpresult output?

I just did a /r which shows it being applied

But does /h show the correct setting being applied?
