05/16/2023, 4:23 PMI doubt you have a misconfiguration Josh, just that dependent on what you use in your environment (cloud cache, single session, multi session profiles etc...) you can see different issues. I've seen issues with the Search service holding profile disks open recently but I think that's an isolated incident with a customer that just misconfigured their image.

It looked to be a image issue and Enabled Windows Search Service and repaired Office seemed to be the fix.

05/22/2023, 12:00 PM@Josh Farlow Are you using WEM? If so, check if Fast logoff is enabled under system optimization. It will close the users Citrix windows when they select log off and continue the process on the server. When we started using WEM a couple of years ago it happen a lot in our enviroment.
When disabled, the user sees the log off process on their screen until done. Since disk compaction can increase the log off time up to 5 minutes, Fast Logoff might be the cause.
