It’s partner invite. I’m many years removed but if I remember correctly it was nomination by field and acceptance when I was invited.

Jarian is correct, and they tend to limit it to one person per partner

we're partners and none of us were ever invited, I guess invitations don't extend to Canada

Not all partners get invited

Hi Ray, I was on the programme from the beginning. Back then you had to be a partner and recommended by folks inside Citrix, so it was invite only. I left when I joined VMware 3 years ago so the criteria may have changed. Ask your partner manager and let them know you are interested to contribute.

What they want are knowledgeable people happy to share their views and observations to share with the PM’s so field experience and enthusiasm are the order of the day.

You totally need to follow it up with someone, even if your company is a partner who goes to the meetings and you’re a CTA/CTP, you’re not automatically going to get an invite. Ask me how I know…
