05/11/2023, 1:17 AMSo our issue is that we have team that leverages an application that uses ms access runtime 2016 and we have it installed on a layer along with office 2019C2R and it works fine but when an elastic layer with MS SSMS is elastically assigned it seems to have some sort of replace vs merge behavior and causes the application to fail with an error “Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 provider is not registered on the local machine”
We were able to workaround by installing the ms access runtime in the SSMS layer while we figure it out..
