I should add that I have a policy that hides the ability to select the usb headset from the horizon client, since users were accidently selecting this and forcing to use usb redirection. When these issues are repoted, help desk has basically starte with replaceing headsets and sometimes replacing laptops/have them try from another machine,

likely this folder AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams\media-stack...I have seen it cause issues in Citrix environments, likely the same thing - try killing it, if it fixes the issue, add it to a redirections xml

Thanks for the info! I actually have our FSlogix GPO having the Teams data getting added to the Office container instead, so I don't believe the office container refers to the redirections xml. Either way, I can delete this folder and even remove office container to see if this does fix the issue next time someone has an issue. I appreciate the info!

Ah yeah teams always to profile container so that you can slap it accordingly 😬
