Reminds me of the sort of rubbish that used to happen with apps using global vs local namespaces - https://www.remkoweijnen.nl/blog/2017/02/20/google-earth-fix-xenapp-rdsh-horizon/ maybe ping Remko...

Thank you both. I’ll pass this along

On the off-chance they are an eG Enterprise customer - beyond Citrix / RDSH / AVD EUC we do web and app server monitoring and code level root-causing (aimed at the frontline / infra admin not a dev tool - GUI no command lines 😄 ). https://www.eginnovations.com/supported-technologies/microsoft-net-monitoring they could just transfer a license or two across to get access to the .NET errors to confirm if code / misconfig or ask their account manager for a trial. Most enterprise monitoring tools with even basic app monitoring should be able to do something to diagnose it - so if not eG ask your monitoring vendor of choice!

@Rachel Berry THAT indeed was a nice E2E session too where he presented the issue and fix he created.

As it turns out, we are an EG customer!

I think I'm doomed b/c the dev said they don't know what global vs. local namespace is. 🤦‍♂️

I'm not a developer but that seems to be the most logical problem here. They have implemented a work around such that the app launcher creates a copy of itself so each user is interacting with a unique copy.
