hmmm perhaps their mfa settings in azure ad is getting screwed up? any logs you can check on the azure side?

Make sure you're on the latest release, there were some fixes for identity roaming and other things. Any security considerations applied to these users? If cached creda fail then I've seen it where outlook and OneDrive just loops. It's annoying.

The very latest release is working well for me in several places, the previous too releases have given in issues.
