Try to import the SF Module via PS and run again. Import-Module UtilsModule.psm1

I had tried that for my last attempt, using PS for the server join process instead of GUI. Same result. I do have the option to go beyond 1912 CU7 for this client (confirmed yesterday), so will try that next

Forgot to reply back! The Citrix case went nowhere, in the end, it was a GPO that customer was applying that was removing local admins from audit security logs
