03/17/2023, 10:18 AM@c4rm0 They have to sign their life and put blood on a paper before they are allow to… I’m exaggerating a bit but lots of paperwork(fintech). @James Rankin I believe their thinclients are locked down and unable to take screenshots. It is an option we are exploring but wanted to check if it was possible to disable just that. Right now we disable teams optimization and let it render on the VM but it introduces another issue with the audio quality as these devs are at least 250ms away and EDT and UDP audio via netscaler gateway doesn’t work due to DTLS1.0 requirements. We are required to use DTLS/TLS1.2+ and Citrix does not support it so audio over TCP is a bit funky. Fun times..

03/17/2023, 10:34 AMI'm sure I did some testing and found that the voice and video go down the same port/channel, despite the Citrix documentation saying otherwise. YMMV
