Every so often I get a bit of bee in my bonnet - a pet enthusiastic topic - recently it's been about how folks need to architect in DR / BC and strategies into how they implement monitoring, alerting and observability. An awful lot of our MSP customers are particularly concerned about this as recent Azure / AWS outages have led to customers blaming / submitting tickets to them if they are provisioning stuff like AVD..... how do you monitor Azure if Azure is down but the status page isn't updated (it can take hours) and if your IT staff and / or customers are using emails run on O365 dependent on Azure to communicate - how do you let them know it's Azure?
