Is anyone seeing issues shadowing sessions through Director with Microsofts changes to DCOM security? Remote assistance cant connect to our Server 2019 VDAs, and we see event ID 10036 in the VDAs System log with the RPC_C_AUTHN_LEVEL_PKT_INTEGRITY error. This is described in MS KB5004442, but the changes shouldn't be live until 2022 and the VDA does not have the referenced preview update installed. The suggested registry key has no effect, which will be due to the update not being installed. There is a good discussion on the DCOM security changes at the Microsoft Docs site with the suggested fix being make sure you have the same patch level across your environment. The complication is the change has been released in the monthly patches for Server 2012 and Server 2016 but it still in preview for the other OS versions.

Hello EUC folks, short question on a Seamless bug we currently see in one environment.   App: OpenWebstart Applet -OpenWebStart_windows-x64_1_4_0.exe         -OpenJDK11U-jdk_x64_windows_hotspot_11.0.12_7.msi VDA: Citrix Virtual Apps 1912.3 OS: Server 2016   Problem: The Applet works within published Desktop without issues. But when launched as published application we see seamless issues that slow down / freeze the app and in most cases end up in crashing the HDX Engine Applet frame layout changes and application starts freezing (Screenshot attached) Idea is to play around with seamless flags, but which one would be the one to start with ?: Citrix Application Experience (CAX) Troubleshooting Tool

Hi all, when you do MCS in AWS (might be the same in Azure) on very specific instances (like High compute, or GPU-accelerated instances) and you have an insufficient capacity in the specific availability zone, the catalog update fails. How do you guys tackle this? Apart from repeating manually the task until it works 😄

Hey Guys, Me again... Perhaps I'm being a little to over precautious. Ive exported and imported a Storefront config from an existing live server (A) to a new server on a newer OS (C). Ive now got the old/current live servers ( A and B) appearing, albeit it unreachable on the new servers (C) "Server groups" tab. Is this because I didnt specify a new baseURL? Can I simply remove them and add the 2 new servers to create a new Server group separate from the existing and without any effects to the existing? I assume the grouping is stored locally? Thanks
