Hello, I have a question about VDA for Linux. The docs says that VDA 2107 or 2106 are supported on Debian 10.7. However, in the donwload section of the ISO file it mention Debian 10.9. What is the correct version ?

Windows OS Update on Print Server with drivers excluded results in print client (Citrix VDA) complaining of driver version mismatch, can't map printers. Urgh. Culprit seems to be OS-shipped HP drivers, even though we don't use those printers (PCL dependency?). Anyone else had this problem? Do I have to solve this by using the per-queue registry setting on the client or disable client-side rendering? Anything other ideas welcomed!

Not sure if folks here got the news, but there are a couple of public tech previews that recently opened: Public Tech Preview: Image Portability Service for CVADS Image Portability is a new Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service feature that dramatically simplifies the management of images across platforms. This feature is especially useful for managing images between an on-premises Resource Location, and one in a public cloud, like Azure. If you deploy master images on-premises using Machine Creation Services or Citrix Provisioning and you want to migrate your existing images into your Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure public cloud subscriptions, this tech preview is for you! https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/preview/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops-service/image-portability.html Public Tech Preview: Citrix Provisioning on Azure Citrix Provisioning (PVS) can now run on Azure! As with on-premises provisioning, you can provision targets yourself, using Azure Resource Manager (AzureRM) instead of the Citrix Provisioning user interface, or the Citrix Provisioning Posh SDK. The only difference is that you use the Azure tools, instead of your on-premises hypervisor tools. Citrix Provisioning on Azure integrates with the CVAD Service, so you can use the same tools that you already know for tasks such as power management. https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/preview/citrix-provisioning/azure/provisioning-on-azure-managed-devices.html

Have come across an odd issue on a XenApp 6.5 farm I'll be replacing with CVAD next month. Users run a published desktop (on Server 2008R2). Today local Chrome on the boxes will now not launch for users, and in the Windows Event log it shows an app popup "Application popup: Connection Error : You have not been granted access to this published application." What makes this odd is that there is no Receiver/Workspace app installed on the desktop server currently that would be populating any published app info. Any thought?
