Combine the two prepare workflows into a single one, but make the changelog.md update optional depending on its existance or something. In a step in a not so far future, we update our voxpupuli-release-tasks gem to provide the rake task for the changelog stuff, we add that to our clojure libs so we need less copy and paste and then always update/generate the changelog.md?
