in other runs its been pretty great at reading the PR text and figuring out its a self hosted thing etc by parsing the wording, its not closing or merging anything just labeling and been a good help. So goal of that effort is to make such one shot tools SAFELY first and but easily etc and that they would be able to use even local LLMs so for this kind of thing you'd be able to do so purely locally
