      - It must have the list item: `It has a free tier not just a free trial`
      - It must have the list item: `Pricing information is clearly visible without signup or phone calls`
      - It must have the list item: `The submission mentions what is free`
      - It must have the list item: `The submission is not already present in the list`
      - It must have the list item: `The service has contact details of those running it and a privacy policy`

  It MAY have `Large Language Models and other AI tick this box` in addition and must not be ticked

  The PR MAY have text before and below the list, but the list must be present and complete.

  Any other format PR template should be marked as invalid

  ## PR diff:

  Valid entries look like this:

  They should correctly align with other lines. No em dash, no emoji, no tracking parameters in URLs. Entry has to state what is free.

  If this is not correct then mark as triage.
