That's like designing a more piercing car horn so those pesky pedistrians get out of the way.. As a cyclist, it is your responsibility to be careful around "weaker" people on the road, just like it is your responsibility in a car to not hit cyclists, nor pedestrians. Who are all these cyclists running into pedestrians all the time?!

I hate those scooters with a passion! Clearly I am speaking from a place of privilege, as in Denmark people are generally very good at the hierarchy of road users..

I've accidentally wandered into a cycle lane in a European city more than once... Copenhagen included, I found out exactly where I stood in that hierarchy very quickly 😅 I promise, If I replaced all of the pedestrians in Denmark with Brits for a day you'd be begging for tech like this 😁

It's no accident the bell was created by a car company. (And while I enjoyed reading their "research", this looks more like a fun side project than anything.)

On the crowded London roads/bicycle lanes it's needed.
