I'm not sure what is the difference between a reset and changing password, the result is the same. But I suggest you try Twill 3 as the user profile in the CMS has a ton more features around registration and password management

it's on the login page as i already said, or directly at /password/reset. You can always add it the CMS navigation if it bothers you that much
