Steps to share logs:

i somehow got the tickets back...some of the specs were corrupted and had to be regenerated based on the chat history log. it was working great for awhile for me, then all of a sudden the traycer extension started showing a loading spinner in the epic board and extension view. Traycer v2.16.2 has been released with fixes for the above issues. Please update the extension and let us know if the issue persists.

Hello - I am having the exact same issue - Traycer lost everything from the last several days. Viewing the cloud usage I can see everything is there, but it is not syncing with my machine. I was already updated to 2.16.2 as of 9 hours ago. Issue started about an hour ago. Thanks @User @User

This just happened to me on v2.16.2

@proud-printer-9482 i recovered the tickets for a short time, but then it happened again late yesterday evening. i just resorted to getting the details from the chat log in the local cache and generating new tickets, which worked for a short while before the epic chat totally stopped working. So new bug....

Happened to me also a few days back, unable to recover. Fortunately I did save at least the Epic Brief, Core Flow and Tech Plan into git beforehand, but the tickets were lost. i second this - you can select all documents in the epic board sidebar but there aren't any bulk actions yet. save all as markdown in the local .traycer folder would be insanely helpful
