Hi ThoughtSpot team, I'm integrating Spotter with our application and listening to Spotter events from the parent application. Currently, I'm handling the SpotterQueryTriggered event, which works well for capturing the user's question. I use that event to send the question text to Pendo for analytics. However, I'm trying to capture the scenario where Spotter does not return an answer and instead displays suggested hints or follow-up prompts (for example, suggestions to rephrase the question or recommended queries). I couldn't find an event that is fired for this case, or another way to access the text of those suggested hints. I do see the EditLastPrompt and DeleteLastPrompt events, but neither of those appears to include the suggested prompt text in the event payload. Could you clarify: Is there an event that is emitted when Spotter cannot answer a question and displays suggested hints? If so, which event should I subscribe to? Is the text of the suggested hints available in the event payload or through another API? If there isn't an event today, what is the recommended way to capture those suggestions for analytics integrations such as Pendo? Our goal is to send both the original user query and any suggested hints displayed by Spotter to Pendo. Solution: Based on current ThoughtSpot docs, there is no documented Spotter embed event specifically for “no answer shown with suggested hints” and no documented payload field that exposes those suggestion texts directly. What is documented for Spotter includes: -
