lets say : I was shared a link for the embedded dashboard, I opened the link and I see page saying "Request Access, you don't have access to Dashboard". Now After some time I have been shared this Dashboard by the Admin. But still I see the same page "Request Access, you don't have access to Dashboard", and If I open same link in Private mode/ in different Browser, I am able to to see the Dashboard.
