and have encountered a breaking behavior on my end that I want to confirm. We make request to

FetchAnswerDataRequest

and map the results of

AnswerDataResponse

to a data table from the client (Directly from SPA to TS API). After upgrading we encounter a CORS error to that endpoint. Based on the CORS error, the issue is that version

2.21.0

of

@thoughtspot/rest-api-sdk

is now sending a

x-thoughtspot-client

header that the ThoughtSpot server isn't configured to allow. For now we are not updating but I want to check if this is a known issue , if I need to open a support ticket, settings on the cluster that need modifying, or something else. Thanks!

Yes, you’re right — the new header is being sent. You have two options: Raise a support case to request a backport of this fix for your cluster’s current version, or Upgrade to a version where the fix is already available.
