Hi Team, with the Sync to Slack and Sync to Teams, currently in our embedded app, it does nothing when clicked. Is there any pre-requisites that needs to be fulfilled? Looking at the developer docs, I couldn't find any relevant information. Thanks

Hi @Suvash - what version are you on? Also it should actually open up popup with slack connector - and same for team. Can you try it out in visual-embed playground once.

hi @yuichirio_ha yes, I do remember seeing the popup ages ago. but in our current embed, it does nothing when clicked. also, it would be nice if we could click on the version for copy to clipboard. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1465846601896693831/1465949148825255968/Screencast_from_2026-01-28_15-57-24.mp4?ex=697af709&is=6979a589&hm=b46b32bdcb1654d6c6d959d5848dc71a18aae2316c99884e9eea61ebea3c01e4& https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1465846601896693831/1465949149219393618/image.png?ex=697af709&is=6979a589&hm=8914047cfbb50fe8fb22eada10edafd69f23b1ad736318c9f667def37e857733&

yeah - can you also try it in playground. Also any console logs if we have directly visible issue. Also can you raise the support request for the same. Relevant team can pick it up quick. If some more config is required for this feature.l

raised in support. thankyou
