Hi, start with analysing the number of positions required as per designed KRA’s, operating capacity of each department and other factors like nos. Errors, complaints or employee burntouts. Metrics such as revenue per employee, ROI, etc. can help. For example in sales dept. try using Revenue per employee currently and compare it with your desired target. This will give you an idea to design workforce plan and Budget. You can start w priority based hiring while keeping other positions in pipeline.
