Can someone help me out with the KPI/KRA for HRBP . And any specific tools or skills they should know?

There are laundry list of KPI - you may chose basis your requirement. Like 1.Employee/Onboarding Experience, 2.Data Sanity, 3.Esat Score, 4. Cost factor - onboarding/engagement etc, 5.Attrition etc

Are there any courses or programs from where I can learn Cost factor/Cost cutting and Manpower planning ?
