FPBs majorly have lot of components. 1. Telephone/Broadband bills 2. LTA , 3.Food wallets & 4. NPS & 5.Professional Development

What about Uniform allowance? Different organizations have different views on this and from a legal perspective I am not sure if there is a mandate. If an organization doesn't have uniform specification but just has dress code as business casuals, can employees still claim uniform allowance? Will that be against the law?

Hi @Swati Emani Once I had this discussion with compensation advisory team, they advised not to offer this FBP in the case where the dress code is business casual. Most factories/ manufacturering industries etc where they wear only uniforms, offers Uniform allowance in today's scenario.
