Hi, This is for research purposes. How can first-time Managers be given training on how to manage and lead their teams? What are the pros & cons of first-time managers? What sort of systems should be in place at workplaces to guide first-time managers?

We just completed this training at our org, we focused on Managing self, Managing teams and managing business depending on the requirement at org level. Happy to discuss more.

Hi Isha, Thanks for letting me know. May I DM you to talk more about this?

@Pooja Aggarwal Hey Pooja, For the first-time manager, the most important thing is their behaviour and goal. You need to check if that fits with your company and also how efficiently they are able to lead a team. Training is part of knowledge but they must be on probation to know their calibre. You can't direct provide a position. There are many other things that take place for first-time managers. Thank you Anjali
