Hi All, We're currently in the process of our 2022 performance appraisal, and I'm interested in learning about the percentage of average salary increases, whether there are any adjustments based on employee performance ratings, and the percentage increase for employees who have been promoted.

@Janhavi we should do a survey on this - completely anon

@Swathi R My current org follows this pattern Depending on the Rating an Employee receives through 360 feedback + the grade/level/pay-bracket. Each employee is mapped accordingly We set aside a budget for the appraisals, taking into consideration all relevant factors. While setting the budget, we consider that all of our employees will score a rating of 5 with a payout of 100% and hence can have the max potential budget laid out

We are coming up with a detailed report of Salary increments. However that is only of the funded startups of India. It has answers to questions like: • Average salary increments across tech and non tech • What factors affect salary increment and what is the weightage of those factors (Performance, level, compa ratio, job function, etc.) • Salary increments across different type of startups: rarly, growth and late stage
