Say for the same profile that costs 10L in India, how much would you pay in US? Do you use a multiplier to Indian salary benchmark or use the geo-specific salary benchmark?

Option 2 (recommended): Look at US-based data for that job and see what the pay range is. Design pay and benefits based on the insights you get.
