Does anyone still do food coupons for employees to save tax? or its an outdated method? Please suggest what else does everyone do to help employees save on taxes.

Companies still do food coupons, but mostly with Zeta or Paytm food wallet.
There are multiple other fbp that org uses but that depends on org structure and salaries..like books and periodicals, electronics for senior employees, internet, phone bill etc.

02/03/2023, 12:56 PMSo it is optional for employees, they have option to choose it at the beginning of financial year/doj and it is directly debited from salary and goes to food wallet. Currently food wallets are very seemless that makes the usage pretty easy
