Hi, Can anyone help me with Night Shift allowance policy in Bangalore particularly? Is there anything statutory compliance related to it? And if yes, what is a typical night allowance paid?

again 10 PM to 6 AM will come under complete night shift, it depends from companies to companies on the allowance paid it can range from 500 onwards to 1000 rs as well.
