Recently, I learned that few companies that work remotely around the world outsource equipment management and the outsourcing agency provides the following services among others: • leasing and shipping the technological needs to the employee + reverse pick-up in case of exit, • repair or replacement of the equipment(s), • upgrading the equipment as needed.
