Hi Rishabh, I suggest the following things: 1. Think about why you want to grow your network - new job, more consulting work, learn new skills etc. 2. Plan for a niche - is there a particular are you enjoy and are good at? 3. Start by following 30-40 people who create content in that niche. Engage with them meaningfully and leave comments/questions that make other people think. 4. Look at their comments section and check out some of the regular commenters and consider following them too. 5. Simultaneously, start creating your own content - keep it simple, engaging, and audience-focused. (What value is it creating for the audience?) If you keep this real and authentic for 30+ days, you will find your network growing organically. To grow it inorganically as well, keep looking for new people to follow and feel free to DM them when you find them adding value to your life. Using the steps above, I've coached multiple clients to grow their LinkedIn by 10-15% per month, bringing them more job opportunities and more gig work. Hope this helps.
