So there are two aspects to this:
1. Giving a structure/Streamlining the current roles & designations (there is currently none)
2. It will eventually be a great help in both hiring new Talent & creating the succession plan for the existing employees
Regardless of the organisation size(unless there are only a few people), I feel there should be a structure to the roles and there should be job categorization. We can of course keep revisiting them as we grow!
