@ranaq How should one scale themselves up in the field of people analytics? What is a good place to start for one to contribute to the team in deriving such insights and building an analytics mindset?

Hey Pavithra - while there are a bunch of courses being offered online (I had also taken a couple) - I have founder reading the blogs of the industry experts are a great way to understand the waters. 1. David Green - https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidrgreen/ 2. AIHR has some good materials - https://www.aihr.com/hr-analytics-blog/ 3. I had recently collated a lot of people metrics one can use - https://www.notion.so/100-People-Metrics-Cheat-sheet-b3b87a8aeb01475fa9a6ebfe565074af A good place to start would be to pick up any problem at work where decisions are being made based on Intuition; find data points around this problem and make a simple dashboard. You will be surprised at the results simple visuals show. Tools - when you are starting, stick to google sheets or excels and use their graphs. Then, progress to Google Studios (by linking google sheets) to make dashboards. For predictive - Python is the go to.
Remember -> People analytics is not just about graphs and numbers, it is the story you present using the graphs and data points. Always put your own narrative when presenting the visual representations.
