Hi Meena, thanks for doing this, excited to learn a lot from this session 🙂 I have 2 questions: 1. What are some of the approaches and practices that work for driving effective L&D interventions in tech? More from the perspective of implementing this in a fast paced environment where it could be a challenge to move away from the day to day stuff in lean teams 2. How do you break down team silos and improve collaboration in a remote set up?

Hi Richa, Overtime we have seen that people aspire to learn but lack time and attention. Self paced bite sized learnings have worked better and improved adoption and effectiveness. Using a digital LMS also plays a big role in achieving this.

Remote setup has it's own cons. But nothing that cannot be addressed with tech that enables serendipity. Luckily we could escape zoom fatigue with a fully immersive platform with Airmeet that mimics a ballroom setup quickly doubling as a virtual office. This helped simulate an environment of co working within a virtual space and improved communication and collaboration. Would urge everyone here to try, it has a freemium plan for upto 100 users www.airmeet.com
