@Harish Bhamidipati would love to hear your take on it: Stigmas related to mental health are slowly being overcome, and companies are expected to support their employees’ mental health. What do you think is the future of work when it comes to this aspect of employee well-being?

Thanks for the q, @Dhristi Shah Yes. We are getting to that stage as a generation and also as a country where you’ll see more and more people working for only those orgs whose world-view matches theirs. It has taken us some time to get here because this means the basic needs in the Maslow’s hierarchy are being met and people decide based on higher order criteria like world-view. That’s why you’ll see people choosing to work in those orgs where they subscribe to what the founders and the org. stands for. (This will mean founders will need to articulate their stance/ points of view !) It won’t be an option any more for companies when it comes to supporting their employees’ mental health/ wellbeing. And companies will have to do a lot more than doing mere lip service about these topics.
