Hi everyone, What all reports/MIS usually to be maintained? Any standard formats to be followed?

@supriya samson what reports/ MIS are you referring to here, HRMS or Statutory reports?

Master Database Active/Exits, Attrition Month wise, Reason for attrition, Role wise exits, Tenure wise exit, Gender split, Active employees tenure in the organization, Department wise employees, Location wise employees, Leave analysis (planned and unplanned leaves), Attendance records, if you run payroll then Payroll summary, CTC of all employees, increments etc. there is no standard format for these, you can make your own templates. attached one template which i made previously, you can use it and modify accordingly.
