Hi, in my last organization, I made assignments for non-tech roles and it was mostly the tasks they’ll have to do on the job. So suppose I’m hiring a Customer service executive, we gave tasks around - Behavioural and experience, product and audience, tools and frameworks and psychological responsive questions of real life situations. For copywriter role, we gave them different tasks around social media, email, AD copy or whatever the role requirements are. So basically, what their JD says and what their day to day would look like.
