Hi @Aashish, being an HR often limits the opportunities we can explore to widen our horizon, how can we navigate to move to a CoS role and if we're part of a large organisations, how can we work with our management to explore such opportunities within the organisation?

Honestly, I don't know. I can give gyaan on this but I genuinely have no clue as to how to break into such roles in bigger organisations. Would be unfair to share something random here
