Hi @Aashish, From your experience what are some things a company should focus on as part of the onboarding & induction (not just the HR policies/culture apart from that what are things we can walk them through like our customers/products/partners/etc) to blend into the culture and scale up quickly?

Honestly, all the startups are figuring out what works best for them. So are we! Somethings that we are doing and they are working for us 1. We've made a Juno Journal that takes individual through everything around everything that they need to understand more about the company. 2. Assigning 2 buddies – 1 in the same team and other outside of the team 3. Onboarding Checklist for People Ops Team + Function/Team Check list (Made by hiring manager) 4. Every new hire has to create a juno account and fund it. (Helps them learn more about the product & the flow) 5. Every new hire chats with someone from product & growth team in week 1 Things we plan to do next 1. Every new hire has to work in CS team for a week or two 2. Every new hire has to pitch Juno in less than 140 characters Again, this is very perspective driven and we keep experimenting with these things and keep iterating
