Hi folks.. We are planning to start night shift and weekend operations for selected IT engineers who are in support service roles for international clients. Can anyone help us with the ballpark number of nightshift allowance and weekend allowance for software engineers? Thank you !!

Its 350 to 1000 on an average varying from company to company and role. You may want to roll out night shift allowance policy as well. from @Madhuri Palaji
